Return policy is not great, make sure you read fine print if you may need to return. Had to return a $400 dress, which was nice but looked a little different in person, had to pay to return dress ($75) & they took 10% ($40) of entire purchase & I still have not been reimbursed & they received dress back 4 days ago. Otherwise pretty dress sent in a nice bag, but returning was not pleasant.

My dress arrived and was broken on both of the straps. The company was helpful in finding a resolve, but for the price, I did not expect to receive a dress that was torn at the straps.
