Dress was a completely different shade than shown. Only option they give is store credit because they know that people won't like what they receive.

Be very careful ordering from this company. Make sure to contact them regarding their return policy before you order. The policy on line is very misleading. I received a used dress and was charged full price half hazardly tossed in a box with a hanger that could have torn a hole in the dress. Too bad so sad was the response I got. I can't even wear a $368 dress because I can't lift my arms above my chest. Be very careful before buying.

Absolutely the WORST COMPANY. I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Will not cancel an order will not do a return no customer service and the products are total garbage. If I can find a group of people to sue them I will pay. It is awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. TRULY AWFUL.B

Made a mistake with an order. Duplicated a dress they still will not let me return and get a full refund back. Agent was not nice about it.

Customer service is the worst I've experienced. When you finally receive a response from someone, they are rude and tell you that they are not going to respond to your messages any further even though they have done nothing to try and resolve your issue. In addition, they are dishonest. Took months to ship a dress and they finally told me that they didn't have the gown in my size and was trying to obtain it from Australia. They also accused me of altering a dress that I returned because their "quality control" did not inspect the dress prior to shipping it to me. In the timeframe from when I received it to when I returned it, it was not humanly possible for me to have it altered. Unfortunately, I still had a credit I needed to use and purchased a dress recently. It came balled up in a plastic bag instead of a box, with the hanger broken into 3 pieces. Worst part is the dress looks like it may have been a sample because there were several snags and what appeared to be deodorant on it. I will not waste my time reaching out to them about this, because they will not do anything to rectify it and will probably carry the same rude tone as they did last time. Steer clear!!

Mia Bella Couture failed to provide the necessary support and assistance, particularly for a brand that prides itself on its reputation. It was disheartening to witness how they simply avoided addressing my concerns, especially since I was ordering from outside of the USA. Based on this terrible experience, I strongly advise against purchasing from Mia Bella Couture. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service make them an unreliable choice. If anything goes wrong with your order, you can expect to be left in the dark and ignored. Save yourself the trouble and explore other options with more reliable and customer-oriented brands.

No help with customer service, I paid $1800 for a dress that didn’t even come like it was in the picture and it was wrapped in the plastic bag it was all wrinkled and dress was short in the ftont which that doesn’t show in the picture, never again getting dress from them 0 stars

Ordered dress weeks ago for event on 4/19/24 but still no dress. Called and was told dress was back ordered but assured will ship with hopes that my daughter can wear it for a different event. Several calls, email, text and no response with an update. If they were just honest we weren’t going to get the dress we would have shopped elsewhere. First time and last time. So disappointed can’t rate the dress we didn’t get.
