I ordered my extensions almost 4 weeks ago, and they have yet to arrive. The customer service team continues to claim the extensions are “with customs” but cannot provide proof, and continue pushing the arrival date, claiming they will arrive the following week. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve had purchasing hair extensions. I recommend taking your money elsewhere.

Not sure if this is a scam because I placed two orders and wrote to customer service that they were urgent for a wedding trial. But neither of them ever shipped out, but I got lies saying my order was “stuck at the airport” (wasn’t even shipped yet). That order was sitting with them for 6 days. I told them I needed a new shade, so I would be returning the order upon my receipt. They cancelled the order, proving it was never shipped! Then for my second order they gave me a new tracking number and stated it was “shipped” (same thing - wasnt even shipped yet). Not sure why the customer support felt they had to lie to me about the shipping. Again, not sure if its a scam? I never recieved any items and never had a tracking number where the status stated “shipped”.
