I had ordered a mug and they sent me the wrong one three times with the wrong name!I sent multiple emails explaining it even sending a picture with the wrong name printed on the mug to no avail they just don't get it I don't get it very disappointed as this was a Christmas present for my son 😣

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. IT'S ALL AUTOMATED CRAP AND YOU CAN'T EVEN SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON. I ORDER SOME STUFF IN THE BEGINNING OF DECEMBER FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS AND TIL NOW I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY PRODUCTS. KEEP EMAILING THEM WITH FAILED ATTEMPTS JUST AUTOMATED EMAILS THAT DOESN NOTHING FOR ME OR GIVE ME ANSWERS. WHEN I TRACK THE PACKAGE IT JU8ST SHOWS EN ROUTE I CALL THE CARRIER THEY HAVE NOTHING IN THEIR FILE FOR PICKING UP ANYTHING FROM THEM JUST A LABEL WAS CREATED AND NO ONE CAN GIVE ME ANSWERS. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND IS BS.

I ordered a hat for a Christmas gift with Guaranteed Christmas Delivery which is what their website stated. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and still no hat. They say it is still in processing. I ordered this 10 days ago. If you request help they tell you multiple stories. Not what I expected at all. Unfortunate
