Ordered almost a month ago. Finally got a shipping notification 2 weeks ago without any actual shipping updates. Emailed CS, to be told they had supply issues and things would ship within 1-2 days. Still zero changes, just a “shipping label generated”. Emailed again, asking for my order to be cancelled and refunded. They did respond, apologized and hoped I enjoy my lashes whenever the arrive, no acknowledgement of my request. I again emailed asking for a cancellation and refund, but so far no more responses. Not sure if this is a complete scam, or just the most poorly run company.

I ordered bogo promotion....first pair I wore 3 times and magnet fell off....company told me they'd send a replacement..that was in May...still waiting.....2nd pair didn't work....would not adhere when trying to apply.....didn't bother contacting the company......waste of money

Purchased my product a month ago and have yet to receive it but was charged a subscription fee. Since, responded that my subscription would be canceled but not refunding the subscription fee after still not receiving the initial product.

Never shipped but continued to send different tracking numbers that didn’t exist! Never got the product or my money back.

I would strongly urge people not to purchase anything from Meylora. I placed a single order and did not knowingly sign up for any subscription. Since then, my bank account has been charged twice despite me not receiving any further products. To make matters worse, when I logged into my Meylora account to cancel any subscription, my account displayed: "No subscriptions found. Once you subscribe to products, you can see your subscriptions here." There was no active subscription showing, meaning I had no way to cancel anything through their website, yet the charges continued. I have contacted the company demanding a refund and cancellation, and I have also disputed the charges with my bank. This is a scam and I would recommend that anyone that has purchased from this company monitor their bank statements after placing an order.

This is a scam! You will be automatically charged every month after placing your order - I did not sign up for that, these is no phone number - only email contact - which is responded to by AI. Have had to cancel my credit card and report the illegal charges!

They are an unethical company that steals money from its customers. I would seriously warn everyone not to purchase from them as they take $96.00 from you a month - as a subscription - without authorization from the payment method that you had provided.

Didn’t work for me, will not respond to any return attempts despite the claim of the “30 day money back guarantee”.
