The lashes won't adhere to my lashline

Beware. DO NOT BUY from this company. A total scam. While I got my first set of lashes, they somehow charged me for A subscription I never signed up for. Found out 3 months later with no lashes sent either. Cannot reach anyone to receive credit back. This company is a SCAM. Had to try and cancel my membership 5xs online before it finally took. Looks like another crappy company taking advantage of people.

Product not easy to on but the thing is I’ve been paying for a subscription I didn’t realise I’d agreed to so be careful with this company and trying to get in contact to cancel this unwanted subscription is impossible.

Scam!!! If I could give minus stars, I would. I was duped by their money back guarantee if you don't like them. I didn't. They were poor quality and didn't work. Spent an hour trying to apply. Asked to return them and I was ignored. There was no address to return them to and they ignored my request. I lost over £30. Then, this month, they took £27 out of my account. When I asked for it back, they said that I had subscribed to their club. You get nothing for the £27, BTW. It's a fee! They said they could not refund my £27. By buying a pair of lashes, you unwittingly sign up for some meaningless subscription, which takes money every month. I've never come across such an unscrupulous and dishonest company! Spent hours emailing and being ignored whilst my money was being stolen. Absolutely disgusting!!!

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This company is not trustworthy. Trying to log into your account & manage subscription is impossible. I remember opting out of the subscription when I bought my first pair and somehow it was included without my approval. The lashes DO NOT look natural at all and lose their magnetism very quickly. They trap you into a 15% restocking fee so the amount you want refunded is barely anything. I have been able to be in contact with their customer service, but like others mentioned it's pointless. I would highly recommend looking for another company if you want magnetic lashes!!!

Terrible and confusing website design, I spent money I didn't need to bc its unclear what's included. Shipping took forever and now I have them they're much fuller and fake looking than advertised. Buyer beware!

Magnets on neither pair work for me. I can’t get them to attach.
