Ordered item, did not fit sent back to advised location which was signed for. Told by customer service that they have not recieved item. Sent proof of return nobody is replying to email

Fast service and no issues

My first order with Meyba and I've been really excited since they made a comeback so the level of service has been quite a let down. Ordered 5 items. Later received emails for 4 items out of stock. Only one of which I have been refunded for. Asked for an explanation and still waiting after 36 hours. Currently £30 down.

Overall good experience.

such a pity you stopped with the shoes. loved them and still have a large collection.

the socks are very good, comfortable and because they make us return to the essence of Barcelona team. The only negative was the DHL transport service, as I already sent in an email, you should talk to them.
