I bought a t-shirt. The delivery was ok. The design is great and the overall quality is also good. But after a few uses the iron-on applications start fall off.

La verdad que cuando vi que Meyba seguía existiendo me llevé una sorpresa enorme porque me gusta muchísimo la línea de diseño. Para mi sorpresa tengo que decir que la experiencia no es del todo positiva, tienen problemas de stock y aun así puedes comprar el producto. No te avisan cuando sucede el problema y tienes tú que empezar a mandar correos a atención al cliente porque no te llega tu pedido. Cuando por fin te contestan no te dan información veraz y llevo ya semanas intentando que me devuelvan el dinero de aquellas prendas que no me han enviado por falta de stock... Es una pena que tengan una atención al cliente tan pésima :(

Los 2 pares de calcetines nunca llegaron, sin explicación alguna, al menos la devolución del importe fue rápida.

Had an email saying package (tee shirt) would be delivered on 29/7/22. Apparently held up in customs even though at time of purchase it stated item would be sent from U.K. warehouse. Item delivered on the 5/8/22 whilst I’m on holiday and get sent a picture of item dumped outside my house. Whether it’s there when I return from holiday who knows.

One product loses die when wiped with a baby wipe.

One of my shoes isn't ok. The sole of the left shoe makes an annoying sound with each step I take. I just noticed that when I wanted to go out with them. I had already thrown away the return envelope. How can I return the shoe(s), without the official papers?

I like the designs a lot. I thought the fabrics need a bit more quality control. collar of the orange wembley shirts seem to be very big, the cuts could also be a bit better. compared to other athletic shirts. Worst thing is that i ordered online, and within EU different VAT apply. As a Swiss guy living in Switzerland online shops automatically strip VAT on goods exported. As I have to pay Swiss VAT again at customs. So I paid double. The customer support said, this is normal. Which it isn't. Any other shop I usually order has this taken care of. Shipping of shirts for almost 30 euros for only such a small parcel is also bit of a rip off. Other shipping companies and a smarter warehousesystem could help.

Firstly, I didn't recive any comfirmation when I bought my shoes. And then, I recived my new Meyba without insoles.
