Hola Enrique, Gracias por su comentario y me molesta saber que su paquete no ha llegado todavía. Mirando el número de seguimiento y localización vemos que el paquete ha sido clasificado incorrectamente por DHL y por lo tanto se ha retrasado. Nos pondremos en contacto con DHL para resolverlo lo antes posible. Le enviaremos una confirmación por correo en breve. Sentimos lo sucedido y la larga espera. Un saludo
