I went to the Birmingham store today and a colleague called Sanah provided me with excellent customer service and was very professional, she was very fast and efficient with making sure all my needs where met. She is an asset to Metro bank. Deserves a reward.

Absolutely loved the experience so far. Geraldine Oh what an Angel. When visiting the Ilford branch if possible ask for Geraldine she's such a darling.. She's sure to sort you out almost immediately. She's so patient and helpful. Made me love the bank.

Metro Bank are so lovely to me whether I phone or visit the bank in person. They question any transaction that they feel may be dodgy. Point being I don't have to worry about my account being emptied. Thank you Metro

I had a problem accessing my account, both on my phone and online on my Mac. It didn't get fixed over the phone, so I had to go into the bank -Tottenham Court Road branch. Tobi assisted me after a short wait of 5 minutes. He was personable, extremely pleasant and wonderfully competent. In no time at all he sorted everything and fixed my problems. Tobi gave me superior customer service and I'd like to recommend him for commendation.

I just opened a child account at the Sutton branch, the manager and lady who helped us were very polite and efficient. The new covid processes were dealt well, the manager added us to the list at the door and told us to enjoy some shopping and he would call us when we were near to top of queue. He gave us an estimated time and called us back. All worked well, as there was no waiting inside the bank we got seen quickly. Thanks

Amazing service So I’ve been with metro over a year now. Never had a problem and even if I have they have dealt with it fast and effectively. Because of how good they have been we have also moved my wife’s account and children’s accounts across to. All has been hassle free and easy going even manage to open the account online. The branch near me has a drive through banking system...... yep I said that right a drive through bank..... like my Donald’s but for banking now as I’m disabled and drive from a wheelchair this is amazing for me and can do most think like cashing in or withdrawals without even leaving the car The phone app is also easy to use and keeps good track of your account. Check cashing is easy and hassle free and the staff at the branch nearby me was amazing especially when opening the kid’s account they even got a lucky bag The branch itself is clean and tidy and well designed also covid safe The only one down point but it’s not a big one is they use MasterCard we’re I kind of like visa but again not a huge deal breaker Amazing work

Always pick up phone straight away...I have never experienced any q's and they always give me a 1st class service.....not a bad word to say really
