Absolute perfect customer service! I had to upgrade my account this evening in the Basildon branch and was lucky enough to have been met by David......who had opened my original cash account 3 months earlier.... he remembered me and our previous conversations and couldn’t have been more helpful, After upgrading my account David set up my online banking and showed me in a clear and precise way how to use the app. I don’t usually write reviews but this young man is a absolute credit.....possible ceo in the future?🤔

I had to take in a considerable amount of foreign currency, Sterling and bags of small change into the Swindon branch of Metro Bank at around 1pm today, so it could be deposited into my account. This was a time consuming job and I was dealt with in a very friendly and efficient manner by the young lady cashier. This would not always have been the case with other high street banks.

I received first class customer service from Zahraa Janjua when i visited Metro Bank Edgware to open a bank account. I found Zahraa to be really friendly, helpful and above all professional. Zahraa is a credit to Metro Bank. Mary Casey
