I needed a replacement debit card so walked into my local branch on a Sunday (which you can't do with other banks) and after providing my driving licence to prove my identify I just had to wait a few minutes for a debit card to be printed for me. I have always found the branch staff to be friendly and efficient.

This is regarding Farhan Ali who works in Croydon branch of Metro bank. He provided excellent professional services to me on 06/03/2022 in Croydon branch. It took nearly 4 hours to unblock my cards and to make sure that my internet banking was working properly again. Ali was polite patient and very helpful. I wish that other members of Metro bank were like him.

Went to open an account today at metro bank hounslow branch, i was welcomed so openly. The staffs were friendly and I had the opportunity to deal with Miss Ruchira, who I must tell you is an absolute gem. She is a lovely lady. She made all my process hassle free, she opened my mobile banking and helped me so clearly with that. This has been a great experience for me. Absolutely recommending my friends to use this bank, great customer service guys!

Have had an account with them since 2013 and never had a problem. Branch staff are always friendly and helpful. Customer service is also great.
