Really great experience honestly. My boyfriend and i moved from MO to TX and we had like 100 quotes with prices all over the place. Now it wasn't the cheapest but the move was completely stress free. The sales rep was transparent but kind and you could tell was educated well in the industry. Very thorough with everything which made me feel extremely comfortable. Honest people and good quality.

Worst moving company ever! They have to worst communication and won’t tell me where my things are. I’m moving from Texas to Kansas and I have yet to get my things. I was told originally it would take about 2-7 days to get my things and it’s going on 9 days. I haven’t been able to get a hold of anybody since they picked up my things. I am calling every number I have for them, because I’ve been passed around to about 6 different people, and I am either on hold for an hour or more (which they don’t answer anyway) or the number goes straight to voicemail. I would rather have used the thousands of dollars it took for them to move my things on getting entire new things. For how much they charge, I would have expected my things by now. Or at least better communication. I am currently having the worst experience with them. They are horrible. Never getting them for a move EVER again.

PLEASE, PLEASE BEWARE OF FRAUD. I wish my MIL had seen these bad reviews before putting down the deposit. Don't listen to the 5 star reviews. She was quoted over the phone $3500 which included the gas, she then put down the deposit of $1546. When the driver got there he upped the price to $11,000 + gas. So she cancelled the job on the spot and the company refused to return the deposit. Who does that in business especially now. To me this is absolute fraud. DO NOT HIRE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY, METRO YOU ARE 100% IN THE WRONG FOR DOING THIS AND I CAN SEE FROM OTHER REVIEWS YOU HAVE DONE THIS TO OTHERS. Oh now Metro, total BS. You were called and notified before arrival that they had added ONLY a washer & dryer and you had already upped the original price $500. So you are telling me that adding ONLY a washer & dryer went from $3500 to 11k, that is why they cancelled on the spot...haha try again. Not buying the excuse. You do know you have received multiple bad reviews because of this, you might want to change your business practices. Just a thought guys really...

This company uses really high pressure, reassuring sales tactics to make you put down your deposit without considering other options and then does not communicate at all. My three day window of pick up starts today and I still haven’t been contacted about when the truck will be here. I flew across the country to my apartment to meet the movers and have no return flight and have had to call off of work because I can’t make any plans. I have no idea when they will come. I finally got ahold of someone from the company to try to tell me a date and time. They STILL haven’t told me when the movers are coming. I was told I was going to know in the week leading up. Who can just be available any time in a three day window?? I am scared they are then going to charge me terrible fees as the other reviews claim. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It has pushed me into intense anxiety and losing lots of money and time. I feel very upset with the experience and straight up scammed

I reached out to this company and requested a quote. I was pushed pretty hard to commit, and eventually I said I would see what I could do. A few hours later, I called and backed out, stating that I did not have the funds to pay the upfront deposit they required at the time. Brandon Stone's response was to call me a liar and say they will never book me. All because I didn't commit.

I'm a single mother of 2 and was in a very bad situation and had to move to another state.. I booked Metro and gave a $633.00 deposit for a quote that was $1800.. 1 week before my move the quote totally changed to $3000.00..I explained that was too much they haggled me telling me it may be less depending on the space I use.. And I couldn't call back to keep the quote.. I had to make a decision on the spot.. And on top of that had to make another deposit of 550.00..so I did. but next day then sent an email to Cancel.. And guess what happened.. They still took that other deposit.. Won't return it I called and cried to them.. They overdrafted my bank account.. I didn't have the money to move.. And they did not care.. Til this day there are overdraft fees hitting my account and have no way to stop it because of this Company... I'm so disappointed, Im upset and stuck in an abusive situation I have to get away from with my kids.. I just can't believe Companies do this.. 😢

Biggest scam of all said I would move Tuesday driver never called till Thursday when i had booked another company and already moved. They won’t give my deposit back!!!

When I planned my move from Renton, WA to Round Rock, TX I thought my move will be hastle free and smooth as like last time I moved from CA to WA. I got first call from this "Metro Van Lines LLC" talking so professionally and politely lured me to accept their quote and pay the advance and asked me to reject any further call that I may receive from other moving companies. On the day of move, a group of folks showed up, talked nicely and increased the estimate provided by Metro Van Lines LLC by 100% and after much bargain they finally charged me 60% more of what is in the quote saying my goods occupy more space and my beds and large TV requires special care wrapping. After 20 days, I got call from delivery truck saying I have to keep ready the balance amount to deliver the goods. Truck came and driver told I have to give balance first for him to open the truck door though I told him i have to check the goods first. I paid final balance and after unloading the goods from the truck, I found all major items for which they charged more like 2 beds, TV, parts of TV Stand, Chairs, Table, Stroller, Suitcase, Fan etc. all together 16-18 major items missing and from last 12 days I keep on calling this Metro Van Lines LLC but hearing same response they are trying to get information from moving company. Finally today they gave contact of moving company which nobody ever pick the call or respond.
