My Lilyana flat came apart basically when I put the shoes on. The top decorative element is flopping around and loose. They are very comfortable but not the type of quality I want from a $65 pair of shoes.

I lost everything in Eaton canyon fire…
I lost everything in Eaton canyon fire and I had purchased 2 pairs of me too flats in 2024. After 8 months, I asked for a discount on my new order and it was promptly given. I was shocked! QVC, HSN, even amazon would not replace, give, or offer a discount for the recent items I had purchased. What they done was really helpful and I appreciate a company that works for their customers. I will continue to be their customer.
