Poorly designed shoes. They only look pretty, but not meant for alive person wearing them or walking in them. Worst part is the way the sole is designed with zero cushion or support. There’s a weird stitching that goes 5 mm away from the where insole supposed to end and I can feel it with my toes. Quality of the leather is substandard. Not worth the money. They knocked of the box from another brand I own, but made it TEMU style.

Update. I received my refund in full nit from Me Too. The BBB was contacted and letting people know on here, got me my refund.

Horrible customer service! I've been trying to get a return shipping label without any luck so guess I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Love the shoes but I can not recommend you order directly from this company.

I paid an extra $56+ to have the shoes sent UPS Next Day Air but tracking showed that they were sent UPS Ground. I reached out to the company in time for them to amend the situation but got no response. I guess they felt free to keep the extra money. I'd return the shoes now, out of principle, but don't trust them to refund the purchase price. Shameful behavior!
