Terrible. I ordered the gold moissanite bracelet in size 3mm and I received a silver in size 6mm.. I reached out and they said I would have to pay to return it I said no. They are at fault for sending me the wrong product they need to fix it and ship me the correct one and pay for the returned. We went back and fourth until they agreed. I just received the new one and yes its right color and size but it’s not moissanite. I checked it with the tester. The first one worked now the replacement is a phony. Can’t believe this company is still in business

scam will not provide label for return and wants you to pay china shipping / they try to "deal " with you and offer 30 then 100 then 200 on a 600 dollar order

They sent me the incorrect colored product and refused to take it back, only exchange even though their website didn't say exchange only. The product was very poor quality.

Exactly what everyone else said...spent 200 dollars on a big blanket and what I got is big but the material looks like it was made from dryer lint. I emailed for a return and got an email from "Director Lisa" saying she would give me 25 bucks and call it even OR send to China (but product could get lost). This is a scam

Awful. The blanket is not weighted. They also don't honor the "30 day money back grantee" that they advertise. Instead they complain (and lie) to you about how they don't make much money on their products. If that is the case, don't sell it. Don't make it my problem.

This rug is awesome! Stains come right out! The only criticism is it looks a little worn where I frequent it but the beauty is I can just turn it till it’s worn on all sides! Genius! I love my white faux sheepskin rug! It looks authentic!

Terrible, SCAM, you cant return anything here. They wont give you the address! and then say if you dont have it mailed to them in 30 days you cant return it.

Scam! Marketed a quality handmade product, recieved a knit blanket that unraveled after two short uses. I notified Knitfirst of the issue. Their reply was that the unraveling was due to the blanket being handmade... They told me I could DIY the repair. They could not refund my $140 because the blanket was used. Offered a partial refund of $15. Best They could do becuase they only make $10 profit on the blanket. They sell poor quality and act like the victim when the consumer wastes their hard earned money. Do yourself and favor and shop somewhere other than Knitfirst.com.
