Dear Elizabeth, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you feel disappointed with your experience, and we would like to provide some clarification regarding the services delivered. Your website development and social media setup were completed and delivered in accordance with the agreed project scope. Following the website launch, you requested several additional changes to the website. Although there was no active maintenance package in place for these ongoing updates, our team continued assisting with a number of your requests as a gesture of goodwill and to support your business. When you subsequently requested administrative access to your website, the credentials were also provided. We maintain records of the project deliverables, requested revisions, and communications throughout our engagement. Regarding optimization, certain improvements—particularly those related to search visibility, indexing, performance, and organic digital growth do require time to take effect and cannot always produce immediate results. We understand, however, that expectations around timelines need to be communicated clearly. We take concerns like yours seriously and remain committed to transparency and professional service. We would be happy to review any specific outstanding item with you directly and clarify what was included in the original project scope versus any additional work requested after completion. Sincerely, MetaSphere Technologies Team
