I could not have been more thrilled with my experience with Ross Tyler and his amazing team. They have been key in orchestrating my journey of walking into business in the 21st Century. I was drawn to Ross by his ability to be patient and communicate so effectively, and that he had proven himself as someone who was trustworthy and creative. Through their ability, I now have the utmost confidence that my dream project is off and running! I can now move in an exponential direction with my small business.

Through the whole experience John was always quick to respond to any emails, he was with me the whole way of building and maintaining my website. When I did not have certain content ready, John was patient with me for when I was ready to provide the content for the website. John and myself reviewed the website together at the same time that way we both saw the same thing while talking about the website. They worked really well to give me the website I was looking for with the look I was looking for. At one point my website got distorted, I emailed John and he was very quick to respond, we looked at it together and the problems got fixed within the week. I feel very comfortable with talking with them and bringing up any issues with the website.

I call a few web designer before i try you guys, there was always a bad feeling in my gut; but when ETHAN PARKER called my gut says YES. 1- POLITE 2- COURTEOUS 3- HONEST 4- INFORMATIVE Ethan P. explained every little detail that is need for my site to be effective. He also give me step by step update on the progress of the site. I am very appreciative of his diligence & commitment.

It was their patience and guiding me through every step of the process. Most people tend to not do that, and in all the attractiveness of the final product. I am very satisfied with the work and everyone, especially John Peterson.
