What f ingscam. Now again my transaction error. I only pay fees transact nothing. It so pee me off.

Agree this site is a one way cash register. You can put it in but its unlikely you will see it again. No customer service and no way to reach them to resolve issued. The main issue most people have is the money is deposited but you can see it. There remedy to resolve it is un-managable for the average person. I would imagine they will be shut down and or thrown in jail for fraud.

SCAM alert, stay away

One of the best Ethereum wallets out there. I am really sorry for all the people that lost funds and blame it on MetaMask when they should blame themselves actually for using something before researching it thoroughly to understand how it works. For god's sake, DYOR!!! (google it) Also, for those that are thrashing the app in the comments, how do you explain that a the majority of users have NOT been hacked/scammed or phished yet? The answer is that we care enough about the efforts that we put into crypto to make sure we double-triple-check everything. Not interacting with 'promotions', not looking for the next 30000% investment idea, not connecting with Telegram channels or other similar stuff.

Worse customer service at all, I sent them many emails they are not answering after my funds stuck there, I can’t send it or swap, I made a very bad mistake to deal with MetaMask

I had to restore my MetaMask wallet and when I logged back into my account. I saw that my wallet address was the same and my Ethereum coins were in the wallet but the other asset that I swapped into was not showing in my wallet and all the history was gone. I do see the transaction of the swap on Etherscan but it does me no good if MetaMask support will not respond to my support ticket. It's been 10 days so they have plenty of time to respond to me. My recommendation is that NO ONE SHOULD USE MetaMask since their internal company policies or practices show that they really don't care about the individuals using their service. I would have given them 0 stars if that was possible because one stare shows some effort on there end. MetaMask has put no effort into helping resolve the issue. It took a bad review of one start to get an email with instructions with how to proceed. after 10 days I got a response. I will now give customer support two stars. a simple email response should be less then 24 hours.

Very high fees gas and bank. Very complicated to use. Is not user friendly. They want u to tie up crypto in there accounts and make it virtually impossible for you to extract. Transak bank transfer is a waste of time also. Utter scam
