have been waiting since 23rd october for my transak account to be fixed keep telling me they are working on it but i have had to pay massive fees through other exchanges for transfers because i cant buy coins any other way this is ridiculous i had to set up my authentication with my id again and use my partners visa debit to purchase then they stopped that the next day for suspicious behaviour yet all i did was purchase eth three times in one day isnt that the purpose of transak? its now nov 10 and still havent fixed my transak or the fact 16Billion coins went missing when it transferred from my eth 2 account to eth 1 when i already paid eth fees for the transfer!! this is unacceptable, finally fixed transak issue but tokens are still missing

Do not use this it's a huge scam and it's impossible to remove coins without paying more than coins worth

My tokens that was locked which worth more than $2000 disappeared from MetaMask. I logged in but my balance was zero with no records of any transaction, I don’t know what happened to millions of Sensi tokens that I locked

I downloaded MetaMask yesterday. Trying to follow the instructions of some Youtubers to buy HUSKY and KISHU INU via Coinbase, MetaMask, and then Uniswap. What a mess!! About 5 hours wasted! MetaMask platform does not even work. The app kept closing by itself. I could not do what I was instructed to do. I called their customer service and was told many are having the same problems. The Indian guy I talked to told me he could help if I downloaded an app called Every Desk so he could see what is on my cell. No thanks. Then I asked how long before the "technical problem" is corrected. He told me 30 to 40 days! It took me about an hour to get my money back into Coinbase, after losing about 18% of my total funds from fees charged by Coinbase and MeatMask, for nothing. I will never consider using MeatMask again! (A typo, but very appropriate). One star is way too high of a rating.

It’s a scam. I was trying to send my money back to Binance and any time I try to do it they change the fees. The simply fact of going back in the application to adjust the money you want send from your wallet means that when you go forwards, to the previous screen you were in, your fees might have changed by +40% (from 10 to 14). So there’s no way you can make your transfer as they are continuously changing the fees.
