Their communication with customers is…
Their communication with customers is non-existent. Creates problems when dealing with such a tangible but yet intangible product. Makes one feel like you're being deceived. Did not like their process of purchasing gold and silver, however it was my first time in dealing with anybody in purchasing gold and silver. Will deal with someone else next time to see how they work. Have been in sales for my entire 37-year career and don't like the way it was handled. Again the communication was lacking terribly.

Very informative reps
Very informative reps who have a wealth of knowledge that definitely helped me in converting my money into precious metals, they helped me avoid the higher cost items so i was sure to get the most bang for my buck, I will ONLY be dealing w/ them from this point forward for all Gold & Silver purchases

Metals Mint was excellent to work with when buying my first coin. They returned my inquiry promptly. They were happy to explain to me how the process works. They seemed honest and trustworthy. They are also passionate about what they do. The purchase was easy and my coin arrived quickly. Most of all I LOVE my coin. I will buy again from them.
