The price of the item we ordered was 10.00 and was very small, light weight and not delicate. THE 40 PERCENT shipping rate of 3.95 was outrageous. We still ordered the product , but would think twice on the next order because of shipping charges that comes across as ''Gauging''................Natalie and Manny Rizzuto
