Hi William, according to your tracking the package was out for delivery as of 10/31/18, and the latest update indicates it's "awaiting scan" as of 11/1/18. There may have been a problem with the delivery. I am going to send you a private email so we can verify your shipping address and get you a replacement out right away. Unfortunately the USPS is out of our control, but we will do everything we can to get you your order. In the future, please email us at [email protected], or use our chat feature on our website if there is a problem vs leaving us a 1 star review before reaching out to us for help.
