I had some defective Black Berkley filters that would last maybe two days after priming and then the water in the top chamber would drain and 4-5" of water would always be left in top chamber. Customer support worked with me to replace my filters, deviated from the normal policy and allowed me to supply them a credit card to keep me honest in return the defective filters. Filters were received and the defective ones are being shipped back. I appreciate the support in making things right !!! Thank you

I bought Screen Magnets as 2015 Christmas Gifts. The whole experience, from ordering, processing and receiving was excellent. Everyone thinks they are a great idea and loves them.
