Every Metafy Partner signs up and manages their own account. That said, we expect them to follow through once a booking is made—and if they don’t, that’s absolutely something we take seriously. We do offer refunds when sessions fall through, and our policy allows for flexibility even beyond the one-year mark. Hey—this isn’t accurate, but I get why you’re upset. We respond to refund requests within a day, and we honor cancellations and full refunds within 72 hours of purchase for Metafy Membership. Beyond that, we credit your account every month you're subscribed—those credits never expire and can be used toward coaching, so the membership ends up paying for itself if you’re active on the platform. Wanted a refund but got site credits? Totally fair to be confused. That’s our default so you can jump right back in—but if you’d rather have the money sent back to your card or PayPal, just ask. That means creators manage their own profiles, including how they present their experience and accomplishments. While we don’t vet every claim made on a profile, we do respond to concerns when they’re raised—especially if something is misleading or violates our policies.
