Hi there! So sorry to hear your return was sent to the incorrect address. An RMA number is only used once your return arrives at the warehouse and would have no bearing on the return being sent to the wrong address. We're sorry this happened and recommend you reach out to your shipping provider.

So sorry you've had trouble finding your recipes and workouts. These are in the online library. You can find your credentials and login instructions in the email with the subject line: "Metabolic Renewal Purchase Details Inside." Sometimes these emails go to Junk or Other folders, so check those as well! If you still aren't able to find your info, please call our Customer Support line at 1-800-316-8556. The would be happy to help you access your account or process a refund if you chose.
