I got a Royal Elite after a few years as a Chef and it's been fantastic. Total workhorse in the kitchen doing everything from prepping veggies, to halving lobster. I really can't understate the range of utility this knife fills, and I'm still using it as my main go-to. Easily my favourite knife out there, I love it!

Love the steel!

Without sounding too dramatic..... My Meridian Elite Chef's knife is life-changing. You don't know what you're missing until you use a high quality knife. From paper thin tomato slices to cutting any protein like it's butter. Run, don't walk, to your shopping cart and press purchase. You won't regret it.

Very fast delivery.
