Shoes came on time but didn’t fit so had to return them. Customer service was amazing and provided the return code as I do not have a printer. They were also kind enough to send me another one as I made a mistake in the initial return process. Note that they do not seem to read their emails but they respond well on chat

Brought a pair of Merrell sport low GTX for hiking . I must say these are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn . I usually wear Lowe but these are lots for comfortable I could walk all day in them

I have been using Merrell boots for years and never had any issues. Never need breaking in. Very comfortable and keep your feet dry. Can't understand all the negative views on here. Use them for mountain hiking and long distant walking. Highly recomend them. Hundreds of miles of wear.

I had a pair of Merrill hiking boots which I purchased a number of years ago. After shelving them for a few years I put them on and the soles completely detached from the boot. I contacted Merrill and sent photos. They immediately dealt with the issue and in spite of the age of the boots they sent me a new pair. This is fantastic post-sales service, second to none. Thank you Merrell Canada.

I had a fantastic experience with Merrell this month. I bought a pair of boots and had a confirmation. These did not arrive and seemed to disappear off the UPS system...no idea who was responsible. I called Merrell and got through in a few minutes. The lady immediately dispatched another pair which arrived 3 days later....and they are great boots. Thanks!

J'adore cette marque qui fait des chaussures de randonnée d'excellente qualité. Ma dernière paire m'a durée 6 ans, avec de multiples voyages de la ville jusqu'à la haute montagne (tour du montblanc, tour du queyras, réunion, calanques de marseille et cassis toutes les semaines...) avec parfois jusqu'à 7h de marche par jour. Elles ne m'ont jamais fait d'ampoules. La semelle et l'amorti sont restés performants. Les lacets n'ont pas bougé. Elles ne m'avaient couté que 70 euros chez Decathlon ! Je viens d'acheter une paire équivalente chez le même revendeur, au même prix imbattable.
