Customer service was brilliant, advised me to send email with photos showing where the side of the shoe came apart within 4weeks I received a new pair of waterproof walking shoes, must say great response from all of them

My Winter Merrell's developed a loose sole. I contacted customer service on the weekend, not expecting a response until the weekday, and yet there, on Sunday a file was opened. A picture of the boot was all that was needed, and Merrell is shipping me out another pair. Very impressed. A great shoe and a great company!

My walking shoes developed a split after having had them for 11 months. Merrell Offered free replacement of shoes of my choice from their website. New walking shoes are on their way. Very impressed with their customer service and would buy from them again because of this. Many Thanks Paul.

Customer service is incredible!! Had a problem with a pair of shoes and Merrell promptly agreed to send out a new pair. When this was out of stock they allowed us to select any other pair from their website. This company goes above and beyone to keep costumers happy. We have always loved Merrell's shoes and will continue to purchase these high quality shoes with great customer service!

The upper started to split from the vibram sole on a pair of Beluga boots that were beyond the warranty period. Contacted Merrell because my previous Merrell's are still going strong after 10 years wear. Merrell immediately offered choice of replacement pair from their website and even organised dispatch via courier. Outstanding service Merrell.

I bought a pair of merrell Moab 2 and after 4 months the toe protector started to peel off. I contacted customer service and they are replacing them for free. Best customer service ever

I had a quality shopping experience with knowledgeable and friendly Retail staff at Merrell-Tanger outlet @ Foxwoods. I drive a lot and walk a lot and need super supportive arches and durable sneaker-shoes. Danielle truly knows the products and styles and always has a smile when assisting which is rare unfortunately. I have been shopping at the Outlet for many years and have become a MERRELL lifelong customer! A smile and knowledgeable about products goes a long way.
