Purchased pair of Merrell boots delivered 7/8/2020 for my husband who is 68 and retired , I admit he has worn them pretty much every since then , but the soles have come off and the stitching fell apart within a month , I would have expected to get more than 3 months from a pair of boots that are not cheap to buy , so, will never buy any Merrell products again they are just not made to last

Ordered a pair of boots, received email from ups to say they would be delivered on Wednesday, sometime between 9 and 5 and that a signature was required. Stayed at home all day only to receive an email at 5 to say would now be next day. Waited in again all Thursday only to be told again at 5 that they would now be the following day Friday. Do they seriously believe that people can just hang about for day after day waiting whilst they totally cock up their delivery schedule. Well when and if the boots ever arrive I will refuse them and they can go straight back. Appalling customers service, will purchase elsewhere.

Apallling bad and short lived walking boots. Yes they are very comfortable but just don't last. I recently bought a pair of walking boots, they wore very badly at the heal after half a dozen walks. My walking shoes have faired better but after 6 months they have also started wearing at the heal. In short, buy any other brand rather than these. I

1. I ordered some boots that were shown in the women section. After reading some reviews, I realized they are actually men's shoes and needed to change the size ordered. (Maybe make it explicitly known they are men's or don't show them in the women section? 2. Customer service cannot change the order, and I must return them. Ok, no big deal. I cannot cancel the order and have to return them. 3. Cant return to a physical store location and must send them back through the mail (includes a $5 charge...) 4. Now I have to wait until the wrong pair comes in and then send them back. I do not recommend ordering online unless you know exactly what you are getting. Be on the lookout for whether or not the shoes are truly womens or men's...

I have two pairs of merrell. Continuum and Moab gtx. Continuum i bought 4 years ago i dont use them to often few times in year but they already broken on top, realy rubbish. Moab's i bought 2 years ago for 1month trip. After that they falling apart. I will never buy merrell again. They cheap not worth money.

Wouldn’t waste your time, they are so poorly built. Coming apart and leaking in no time. Would never buy again.

Was initially really pleased with comfort and performance of my Merrell walking/running/waterproof shoes but less than a year in and they are falling apart... I didn’t wear them in the winter as I have another brand I wore! 60 day warranty is a waste of time, should shoes not last more than 2 months?? After reading many many reviews since having this problem I can only say... Don’t waste your money!
