Shoes broke just after two used . After several emails and time Waisters on merrell side we still have pair very expensive broken faulty shoes . Beware . For years I was really fan merrell now I can not believe it what happened with this company . Anyway on market there is enough other companies who have much much better customer service so go somewhere else and don’t waist your money and time .......!!!!!!

Terrible shoe quality now. I used to think Merrill was the best all weather hiker around but not anymore. The insoles are so thin they are more like quality in a budget shoe. They make my feet ache after only a hour of wearing them because the materials are so stiff and feel like they switched to cheaper materials. I won't ever buy another Merrill shoe..

They do not answer customers emails. You have to write them many times to get an answer. They do not care much about customer satisfaction. I have never dealt with a online shop like this. After over two weeks they got the items back and I do not have news or update about my refund. I would not buy shoes on their online shop and would not recommend. If you need to buy Merrell shoes, buy them somewhere else, not on their webshop.

They use fedex. Priority shipping. No package left. Its marked as delivered. What a rip off. Literally any company to use for shipping is better than fed ex. This company should not be operating using this service and fedex is a walking scam operation. Any company that does business with fedex delivery is a scam. Lost packages , undelivered etc. I'm going to dispute my charges since my shoes will never be delivered

I purchased a pair of Merril hiking boots about a year ago. This was the second pair I had purchased. The first lasted about four years. This pair not one. The cloth eyelets for the shoestrings are all breaking. I filled out the form for a defective product and received an email in return saying I needed to send the original invoice. I already sent photos and forms. Who in the world keeps all their receipts for everything they buy. I had just bought a pair of Merrill slip inside since I had knee surgery. Since I didn’t keep that receipt I guess I can kiss that money goodbye if something is wrong. What a bunch of thief’s. Is there a legitimate company in the United States. Merrill must be part of Congress.

I have been buying a shoes for 20 years and their performance in the last few years is terrible they don't hold up at all and they support ridiculous causes I want a shoe company that sells shoes not gives me their opinion on 0.6% of the population black you say Sonia guess that's why we want you on the case

Shocking company to deal with! I purchased a pair of accentor mens walking boots with a twelve month warranty. The tops of the boots were full of holes within four months. I contacted both Millets and Merrell in an attempt to have the boots replaced. Merrell emailed me to say that they had carried out an inspection and were willing to replace the boots as a gesture of goodwill. This was followed by a subsequent email advising me that they had changed their mind and could no longer help. The warranty means nothing to either Merrell or Millets. Consumers beware!!!!!!!!

1st pair arrived, both marked size 11 - shoes were different sizes, sent back to Millets had to argue for refund. Ordered 2nd pair direct from Merrell - too small, sent back to Merrell had to chase up refund, 3rd pair arrived and finally fit. But here's the thing..... I was asked to write a review, which I did (it was the same as above), I then received an email from Merrell telling me that they were not going to publish my review - this stinks of dishonesty!!!! Merrell should have the backbone to accept poor reviews and to acknowledge the reasons behind them, not to hide poor feedback.....
