MerrellReviews of merrell.com

Ordered 2 pair of shoes. One for beach and one for water running. Received confirmation email. Thought I made a good deal because I received 10% email sign up voucher plus 20% discount voucher. 2 days later I received a cancelation email for my order, without reason. Better buy a different brand, that stands behind their name and their products.

Hi, Alpine Sneaker 14 J16699 Ebony The internal part of the heel is falling apart because of abrasion, after 3 weeks of casual usage.

Shoes never arrived, waited 3 weeks, emails just go unanswered, eventually I was given a refund with no explanation. Worst customer service ever

I used to swear by my Merrills years ago, now I swear at them! I have a pair which claim to be waterproof but they are not and the shoes are coming away from the soles. How disappointing. They have gone from being hardwearing and comfortable to be overpriced tat. Sad. Mike McCarthy

Not the same quality anymore. Used to feel right and last. Now basically junk.

So wish I’d read these reviews before spending quite a lot of money on a rubbish pair of shoes! After less than four months of light use the lining of the heel has come apart. I contacted Merrell in the hope they may have some pride in their product but as so many other of these reviews have said that was a total waste of time! Will never be buying Merrell again!

I recently purchased some shoes from Merrell’s and wanted to return them. The returns system for UK customers is terrible, but when I left a review on this subject on Merrell’s website it was twice rejected by their moderators, in spite of being factually accurate. Disappointing for a company like Merrell not to openly address its issues and it makes you wonder what other reviews are also being rejected.

Always been a fan of their gear but hugely disappointed when their Goretex boots started leaking after a couple of months use. Even more disappointing was the response from Merrill, firstly asking me a load of unnecessary questions then deciding to completely ignore my emails. Sadly that seems to be their ethos to faulty product and even though I like their walking shoes I won’t be buying any more of their gear out of principle
