Do not stand by their product. Bought some shoes that were smaller than others I had of "same" size. Would not replace them and only offered a coupon to buy another pair that "should fit better". Really...?!?!?

Don't buy from this company. I sent a return using their instructions exactly and have tracking proof but they won't process refund and won't reply to emails to their customer services and to their info @ address

Liner inside their shoes is garbage. If you buy these shoes plan on replacing the paper-thin-ridged-so-it-hurts-your-feet liners. I contacted their customer service (liner ridges was bruising front ball of my foot) and got nowhere. Also, when I tried to post a Review on the Merrell website their screeners informed me, "We have reached a crossroads in our relationship" and "your review did not meet all our website guidelines" meaning they refused to post my Review. I bought six pairs of shoes from them recently and this is how they treat you ... these shoes are not what others have claimed they are.

plan on having a wet foot...these are leakers...not gore tex but a chinese gauranteed to fail..shoe laces are so long you trip on them all day long..used to be good...customer service is a joke.

Bestellt ja keine Schuhe aus dem Merell-Sale! Diese werden nicht geliefert und es wird dann auf den Lieferanten (UPS) abgewälzt! Angeblich erfolgte eine 3-malige Zustellung, die entweder nie stattgefunden hat oder UPS informiert euch nicht mal mehr über die Zustellversuche... Leider ist dieser Service nicht tragbar! Und das bei relativ teuren und (meistens) hochwertigen Produkten! Haben die doch eigentlich gar nicht nötig... Schade...völlig verrissen!

Leider muss ich einen Stern geben ;-((. Bei dem ersten Paar Freizeitschuhe, löste sich nach 3 Monaten und eher seltenem Gebrauch die Laufsohle. Dann erhielt ich ein anderes Paar mit einem Schnellverschluss-Schnürsenkel, der schon nach 3 Wochen unbrauchbar war. Besser Finger weg von MERRELL.

I bought a pair of Merrells less than two weeks ago. Walking the dog last week on a slighty wet pavement I felt less than confident of the grip. On Saturday night, wearing the shoes, I slipped on a slight incline, falling heavily and hitting my head on a stone step. Only by the grace of God am I still here

Ordered a pair of walking shoes. Still had not been delivered a week after ordering. Took time of work for delivery slot and no show. Called customer service and they were as useless as a chocolate teapot. Canceeled order. Back to ecco shoes i suppose.
