Bought a pair of boots that made my achilles swell and was extremely painful. Nothing wrong with the boots just not suited to me. Reached out to Merrell and they very quickly replaced them with a shoe of my choice. Could not ask for more. Excellent customer service.

Vorig jaar bij Perry Sport schijnbaar oud model gekocht. De binnenkant van de hak ging verplaatsen en naar binnen staan, na een paar keer dragen. Winkel deed er niets meer aan. Dus stoute schoenen 😉 aangedaan en fabrikant aangeschreven. Na een aantal berichten en foto's versturen kreeg ik nieuw paar kosteloos toegestuurd. Wat een service! Top geregeld.

Ich trage Merrell seit Jahren für meine Arbeit draussen. Sind die besten Schuhe, hatte noch nie kalte oder Nasse Füsse immer schön warm und trocken. Guter Grip und angenehm zu tragen.

Great shoe. easy to put on and very comfortable to wear. I bought the hydro runners as they were on sale and I would buy another pair when more colours are on sale. Better than I thought for my feet. My feet feel like they can move and breathe. 💯❤️

After reading previous reviews I was concerned when my 5 month old boots developed a hole. However, Merrell customer services promptly dealt with the complaint and I have received a new pair of shoes. My only slight niggle is that I couldn’t get the exact pair replaced as the price had increased by £10 and I wasn’t able to pay the difference.

Honestly, I am a pet sitting and dog walker and I am on my feet..I got a pair of Merrill as a gift and I will never go back to Nike, Sketchers or the like. You have support , comfort and style and well worth the $75 to $100 you pay..I am sold hands down ! Just sayin'
