MerrellReviews of merrell.com

Heb schoenen bedteld bij merrelloutletnederland.com. Dit lijkt een legitieme website maar het zijn oplichters!!! Geld afgeschreven en schoenen nooit aangekomen. Oppassen!!! Bestel nooit op merrelloutletnederland.com

I guess it's my fault for not checking where Merrell deliver from-lessons learned-as others have said order through company here for best results. Delivery ok-shoes didn't fit and therefore had to be returned. Returns demand you have a printer to print out 5 pages!! Then have to attach three invoices to outside of box?? They don't even tell you where to return but checked label and its DPD

Bought a parka, it was too large, I exchanged it for a smaller size and recieved a used parka in return. I will no longer be giving them my business, they do not deserve it.

Placed order on 8 Jan. Have been awaiting tracking since, today checked website and it shows order canceled. No email or communication what so ever from company. They also still have my card charged for the amount.

I bought Merrell shoes for the first time 14 months ago but havnt really worn them that much i.e you can see by the sole. I tended to wear my other boots that I have had for over 4 years (still going well). The canvas is cracking. The whole rim of the sole is coming off. I went into Blacks where I purchased them from and he absolutley agreed that this should not happen. It is clear by the underneath that they havnt been worn much. He then went on to say that Merrell only give a year guarantee and you would always need proof of purchase which I had not got. So it has probably cost me about £5.00 for the use of these shoes :(

Bought merrell boots for walks mainly. Not a heavy user compared to my other boots the merrell shoes just fell apart. They cost more than twice the price of my northwest frontier shoes . Will not be purchasing merrell product again. I have photos of the boots.

One of the boots I ordered has a manufacturing defect that is causing severe pain and bruising on my ankle, even after a short walk. I filed a warranty claim with Merrell and they refuse to help me. I've wasted my money, as I cannot wear the boots without injuring myself. Beware -- Merrell does not stand behind its products.

I purchused shoes on MerrelloutletSlovenija. In a week I got a "tracking number" and then nothing happened for months. The whole time it looked as if the shoes were still in China. They stopped replying. There are same sites for other countries aswell. Scammers all right!
