I placed the order without any problems, but then the inconveniences began. The delivery was promised in a few days - it took more than a week without any explanation. Contacting customer service is a quest. The product itself is of average quality. With such a service, the desire to buy anything else disappears.

Das Produkt habe ich noch gar nicht...aber die Lieferung ist schon mal katastrophal. Ablageort geht nicht, weil Unterschrift nötig. Das kann / könnte ich dann abholen in einem UPS - Shop, Montag bis Freitag 10 bis 18 Uhr. Super für die arbeitende Bevölkerung, die ja u.a. deswegen online bestellt. Und selbiger Shop hat nun auf der Webseite: wegen Bauarbeiten nur bis 16 Uhr geöffnet. Nie wieder!!

Schuhe zurück gesendet, seit 2 Wochen keine Antwort bzw Bestätigung obwohl Paket angekommen ist. Retouren verhalten nicht okay.

Mark Hartman I purchased these socks. They said if they get a hole in them, just bring them back they replace them with the same socks. I’ve done this in past and this time they would not replace them with the same socks.

Lousy customer service. I put in an order late in the evening on the 1st, called the morning of the 2nd to cancel. The Merrell customer rep REFUSED to cancel the order (too late!) and offered me a free return label which I NEVER received. Terrible... Merrell who are you hiring to represent you?

I have now returned three items in the past 18 months. A pair of hiking shoes that came apart. A pair of premium waterproof hiking boots that leaked from the outset (just walking across wet grass). And another pair of hiking shoes that have lost the waterproofing in just over 10 months. Not sure what Merrell are doing but the quality just isn't there anymore. The result is having bought Merrell products for years, I will now look elsewhere. The only good element has been that they have been good at giving refunds. Perhaps that get a lot of practice these days.

used for walking the dog probably 5 miles a week on pavement and grass. initially I thought they were great and thought ill always buy these from now on. but after a year of light use they have started disintegrating on the uppers. the top layer of the shoe just feels dry and is cracking and flaking off. I thought they were a good make and an alternative for propper hiking boots but sadly they don't seem to last.
