I paid over £90 for Merrell trainers that have fallen apart after only a year of very light and little use. The soles are ok and that's where it stops. They are also definitely not waterproof. Rips and tears in all areas of the top layers. READ THE REPORTS AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MERRELL SHOES.

Compré un cuchillo y lo que recibí fue una llave inglesa. Reclamé y me dijeron que lo enviaban otra vez. Durante tres meses de emails me dijeron que estaba en camino, en aduana, en reparto, cuando pedía el transportista para hacer seguimiento me decían que era una empresa propia,....Al final no han enviado nada, todo mentira, y lo que me ofrecen es devolverme el 35% del valor (43€) dentro de un mes. Por supuesto me niego a darle mi número de cuenta y demás datos bancarios. Una estafa en toda regla.

I have two pair of Merrell Moab 2 hiking boots one pair is 8 yrs old and has held up to extensive hiking 10K & 14K mountains and daily ware the soles are worn flat gone. The second pair were purchased 13 months ago the upper part of the sole where it meets the side wall of the boot is separating from the sole. When I contacted Merrell they said "We do not provide coverage for defects beyond 12 months" But they would give me a 30% discount on any purchase NOT great but at the least something. So when you make a order on the Merrell website they DEMAND a phone number I do not have a cell phone or a land line they said ask a friend or neighbor for a phone number. I live 10 miles from the closest neighbor So I gave them the White House Phone Number NOW for the real crazy part the new pair of Moab 3 arrived today guess what Merrell has changed the mold they use to fashion the shoes at the factory the width is now 3/16 of a inch narrower OK send them back and REPLACE them with the same size but get the WIDE width in place of standard width NOPE and double NOPE when you return a item you can only do a RETURN no option to REPLACE different size ONLY saving grace NO CHARGE to FedEx them back or so I thought the credit is minus the shipping expense

Merrell used to be one of the best footwear manufacturers. They made durable footwear that was never inexpensive but their products lasted and if they didn't -- they would make it right. That's no longer true. They fall apart almost immediately. And their customer service is terrible. I submitted photos and it was summarily denied. I called them for more information and the lady literally laughed it off. They offered me 30% off my next pair but *only* at full price (they have inflated MSRP). No thanks. I'll stick to a brand that actually stands behind its products.

Absolutely the biggest waste of time and money .. I sent photos it shows the sandal literally has zero wear. The sandal shouldn’t break in the location it did yet merrell won’t replace or repair because I don’t save my receipt… so basically I paid over 100 bucks for sandals I can’t wear …. They DONT stand behind their lousy sandals …

Que pesar que allan dañado tanto los productos... que mala experiencia es comprar los productos merrell, primero llegan de mala calidad, luego no llegan y ni informan y la devolución de los dinero es una verdadera pesadilla. No compren merrell es verdaderamente una falta de respeto con el cliente... mera publicidad engañosa...

I've been a huge fan of the Merrell Moab 2 hiking shoe for years and years. I think they're being discontinued for the Moab 3 which I am NOT a fan of. They don't fit well - I take a wide and that width fit great with the Moab 2. This shoe is too big so my foot swims in it. Not good for hour long walks or my knees for that matter.

I have two pair right now, one is the Moab 3 WP ($139.99) low cut. It's ok at best. The other one is the Moab 3 MID ($129.99) and it is junk. You would think they would be the same but no way. The sole on the WP went to pot, like turned into butter, lost it's make up and had no support at all in very short order. Ended up hurting my feet so I trashed them with hardly any ware on the soles at all. I have had problems with Merrell before...bought water proof boots and they leaked like a sieve. Bought some OBOS, top grade, water proof for just a bit more. They have a very good warranty and you can actually call and talk to the factory with a question or a problem.
