I have lost count on the number of Jungle Moc’s I have purchased from Merrell, it was and still is my favorite shoe. The problem with Merrell for me isn’t the quality of their product but their choice of delivery service FedEx. We as a customer are reduced to a second class citizens dealing with this bumbling shell of a once respected and dependable company. My new policy is never purchase any product from any company that ships with FedEx. Sorry Merrell you’ve lost a regular costumer.

Shoes seem reasonable so far but we will see. i was charged 75 pounds but the invoice/shipping advice read 62 pound so i believe i was overcharged. sent them an email --- No response. Shame

Bought a pair of hiking shoes. The right shoe fits really well, supportive and waterproof. The left shoe has a low arch and is not waterproof. I contacted Merrel customer service, but I was told to contact the store that I bought them from. Not very helpful. Really disappointed

I have had a number of pairs of Merrell walking shoes over the years and have been happy with their comfort and durability. However the last pair I bought wore a hole in the inner lining at the heel very quickly on both sides. A huge disappointment.

Shoes are good but the communications with merrell are terrible, I bought size 9 but they were to tight, asked to chsnge the to 9.5. The only way was to return the reorder a larger size! Took weeks, any company that uses EVRI needs to change to another service, they are the worst!!

Modèle J500668P. Je suis déçue du rapport qualité prix. La semelle est glissante sur sol mouillé.: très dangereux. La languette sous les lacets se déplace en marchant, c'est très désagréable. Dommage parce que la chaussure en elle même est très confortable..

I like Merrell shoes but they should come with a tube of shoe sole glue . I own several pair and the soles have came loose on almost every one of them . I have switched to Asolo for the most recent purchases .

For the price, these Merrell shoes suck - they make my back ache badly after an hour. My old Salomons are still preferred.
