I ordered a pair of Moab 2 to replace a worn out pair that had been amazing. The new pair upon first wear were not so amazing giving me an awful heel blister! They have obviously changed the way they are made but you don’t know this until worn. I did a review on their website but they wouldn’t publish it !, clearly Merrell don’t like a negative review….

Llevo más de un mes detrás de ellos para realizar una devolución de un pedido. Desde info ad merrell punto eu no contestan. El teléfono de atención al cliente [938004613] está desatendido. Pero que kohones? ¿Esto es una marca seria o una casa de chicas de compañía?

Compré unas Merrell con goretex,vivo en Galicia.El primer día de lluvia acabé con el pié en una sopa y no hablar de lo que resvalan en suelo mojado.Un auténtico timo.

THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!! I contacted Merrell customer service and they told me their legal department is working to shut this scam down. If you have bought anything from these evil bastards contact your card company immediately and order a new card

Another lesson learnt. Don't buy from any new site before reading the reviews. I had this idea of Merrell equals quality, but that does not exist without a good customer service and Merrell's is appalling. Online chat service supposedly available does not exist, emails that are not replied to. I may not be able to return this purchase and come to accept it as a write off but this leaves me now with very negative impression of the brand.

This site is a scam that offers you steep discounts on shoes , backpacks, etc etc & gets you interested by free shipping also. Fake web pages that look like the real deal , apparently from Chinese hackers . Will steal your credit card & personally info. Too good to be true .

Jeg købte Merrell-sko på hjemmesiden i starten af november 2024. Jeg har aldrig modtaget en egentlig ordrebekræftelse - kun et ordrenummer og pris. Der var ingen information om forventet leveringstid. Der blev trukket et større beløb fra min konto end oplyst ved bestillingen. Kundeservice svarede, at det større beløb skyldtes vekslegebyr. Efter næsten 2 måneders ventetid og flere forespørgsler oplyser kundeservice at skoene er “lost” under transport fra Kina. Kundeservice tilbød mig først 40 % refusion, derefter 50 % og til sidst 60 % hvilket jeg selvfølgelig ikke ville acceptere. Min bank har nu tilbageført det fulde beløb. Hele processen har varet over 2 måneder og 7 e-mail-kontakter med kundeservice. Og taget alt for meget af min tid. Så derfor: Køb aldrig noget på denne hjemmeside.
