Merrell fixed my mistake at no cost to me. We needed new boots for late fall mountain hiking, and I made the mistake of ordering the wrong size. Merrell paid for the return freight of the incorrect boots, replaced them, and paid the FedEx shipping to send the correct boots to me as quickly as possible. Their return policies are top notch, the process was extremely smooth, and the results of their efforts earn them my total appreciation. The correct new boots fit quite well, they are light and comfortable, and their quality is great. I’m completely convinced that MERRELL is now my shoe supplier of choice. THANKS MERRELL for fixing MY mistake – you have a customer for life !!!

As former firefighter, warm, waterproof, light in weight, boots are not so easy to find at an affordable price in 2025. Of all the boots I've tried, one boot wins on all counts: Merrell 'BELUGA' MOAB 3 MID GTX Gortex. I bought mine at Taunton Leisure, a special offer £125. This is the second pair I've bought and used for over seven years. Merrell should get an award for this model. Firefighters out there, when off duty, these are tops. Thanks.

I bought my Merrels 5 months ago, I used them for some time before a 500miles (800km) hike going from the south on france to Santiago de Compostela (spain), I have done the whole Camino de Santiago with these Merrels and Im honeslty AMAZED. They went through all sorts, they were super comfy and they still look wonderful after those 500miles crossing a whole country. Absolutely amazing they are.

Ho avuto un problema con la sola calzatura destra di un paio di scarpe Merrell Morphlite dopo appena 6-7 mesi dall'acquisto. Il servizio clienti Merrell Italia è stato favoloso (dopo opportuni riscontri oggettivi della calzatura via foto). Personalmente non posso che dare 5 stelle perché sono stati super efficienti.

I've been wearing Merrell shoe's for the good part of 25 years, the fit is super for me customer service is well the best I've ever had with any issues you might have. The one issue i had was corrected in a timely manner .This was unexpected, they were quick,this tells me they stand by there products,just make sure you get the shoe's suitable for your activities, but if your like me if you got to have them just get them lol just know shoe's are designed for a purpose so get a pair and float and feal good,this is can tell you for certain
