Taille une demi pointure trop petit
Commandé une paire couleur noire pour le sport. Pas essayée car taille une demi pointure trop court. Néanmoins largeur ok.

Disappointing first purchase, Merrell Moab walking boots, claimed waterproof, but after around a month of use, wouldn't even keep walking through wet grass at bay, ingress through the top, and now the sides, comfortable, and good for dry conditions only in my opinion, I probably wouldn't purchase this particular boot again.

I have just purchased a pair of Moab Speed Thermo Mid Waterproof boots from Snowleader UK. The only fault I can find with the boots ,is the fact that the tread can be felt through the insole . Luckily for me I have a spare Merrell insole, which when used reduced the tread that was felt. I have always bought Merrell outdoor footwear , & this is the first time I have come across this happening. Because the boots were purchased for me to use on off-road cycling in the winter(for warmth), it isn’t the greatest of problems, but had they been purchased for walking, I feel it would have. I would appreciate any comments that Merrell might have regarding this.

I absolutely love the Merrell Vapor Glove's. They are the best running and general sport shoes I ever owned. I had many pairs of them already, because some generations of them breaks really fast.. especially the 4. gen.. And THEN when I have to buy a new pair its almost impossible to buy in my country (Denmark). They often only have one of the new model available on theire website, which are always out of stock, their website is crap and they don't have many resellers and they also cannot get them from Merrell. I'm a entrepreneur myself, and I really dont understand this business... Sometimes wondering if I should just make my own shoes.. But until then this is the best there is for me..

EDIT: I wanted to update this review because Moab did send me a refund. It took a lot of doing, but they did the right thing. These are still horrible shoes, however. I purchased a pair of Moab 2 WP hiking shoes, based on countless recommendations. What a huge mistake. After just a few uses, I assumed the blisters I was getting on my feet was just a product of needing to break the shoes in. What a mistake that was. These shoes became increasingly uncomfortable, worn out, after just 6 uses! The last straw was my last hiking trip. I got blisters so bad on my feet that I can barely walk. When I contacted Merrell they said it was a "fit" issue and they could only offer me a percentage off my next order with them. Next order??? I don't think that will happen. This is the same size shoe, and same fit as any other brand I've ever owned. This company is ethically bankrupt and will not stand behind its product. I'm out $127, but you don't have to be. Avoid this company at all costs. I'm going back to my much more affordable Sketchers, which were great for me on the trails.

I bought a pair of Moab boots from Go Outdoors at the end of September 2021. They appeared to be good value, particularly with the GO discount, and were very comfortable. Unfortunately one of the lacing tabs came away when I was putting them on at the end of November. I returned them to the store who refunded my outlay. Having lost confidence in the Merrell brand I tried to find a Keen boot which would fit me. I couldn’t do so and had to spend quite a lot more on a Meindl boot which does have half fittings. The manager of the store admitted that lacing tabs pulling out was a regular occurrence with the Moab they are only sewn in with two rows of thread.

I bought a pair of Merrell walking shoes in October 2020 and noticed recently that the seams between upper and soles were splitting and letting in water. They had not been worn much. I couldn’t return them to the supplier due to COVID19 travel restrictions so got in touch with Merrell direct. After a number of e mail exchanges and supplying photos and proof of purchase they have replaced them FOC. Thanks Merrell. Now we shall have to wait and see how the new pair fares.

Wish I’d read these reviews BEFORE I placed my recent order! Ordered a pair of boots 2 weeks ago, still no sign of them (saw the note In the website blaming Brexit in advance of any delays). Website said they’d be coming via UPS, email confirmation said Fedex, tracking number not recognised by either site. Emailed customer service enquiring about order as the money came out of my account a week ago, still no response. Eventually received an email from UPS yesterday saying they would be delivered today but have now received an email saying delivery delayed until Friday. Bit of a palava and I haven’t even received the damn things yet! They better be worth the wait although from the reviews, sadly I am waiting with baited breath... ***Update*** After further amendments to the delivery date by UPS I finally received the boots 3 weeks after ordering and they are bloody marvellous! Very comfortable, warm and haven’t let any water in. They do come up quite big however, I ordered a half size bigger than my normal shoe size but I didn’t need to as there is plenty room in them.
