I've had two pairs of Merrell trainers in the past 3 months. The first pair elements of the sole came away within 6 weeks ( no heavy use just parks walking an elderly dog). I changed to a different style and the sole was so think I could feel every stone under my foot. Basically if I wasn't in perfect lawn grass or brand new pavement they were really painful to walk in. I've had Merrells before and loved them so something has gone very wrong for them to make such cheap and useless shoes. Do not buy. Two stars because I do like the visual look and they didn't fall apart instantly.

The order on the website and the actual desptch was quite timely (48 hours - Not the best but OK) but they use EVRI for deliveries... what a mistaka to maka!!! Everyone knows that Evri is a pitiful excuse for a delivery company. however the real issue is that there is no way to contact Merrell for a resolution, The live chat on the website is disabled, I tried emailing days ago and no response.... over £100 out of pocket and sorely disappointed. If you cant run a direct retail channel use Sales partners, or employ someone who knows how to run a DTC business!!!

Are there negative stars. Ordered 5/7/25 - sent "dispatched" email on 7/7/25...and nothing. Says order waiting uplift since 7/7/25. No reply from customer service. Says live chat available - no it isn't. Cant even get a hold of anyone to just cancel. £260 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Never again.

J’aime beaucoup les chaussures de rando Merrell, très confortable mais j’ai un doute sur l’accroche de la semelle vibram TC5+ car j’ai glissé des deux talons d’un coup en descente de rando en Norvège sur un terrain humide sans difficultés (herbeux) et je me suis cassée le poignet. L’adhérence de la semelle est nulle et pourtant ce sont des chaussures neuves ,moab 3 gtx w achetées récemment .Je suis bien déçue de la chaussure Merrell et de sa polyvalence en tous terrains.L’accident s’est produit le 9 juillet 2025.Dommage , j’étais une fan de cette marque.

Less than 1 star if could. Without a receipt but with plenty of pictures it is when the shoes were made rather than looking at evidence of slight wear and tear do they judge how long you have been wearing them. Wore shoes for summer season now splitting. Awful attitude.

I know the merrill company can give 2 sh-ts less about their customers. I bought a pair of Moab 2 hiking shoes/boots. Purchased them 3/29/25 they lasted 3mo 6/29/25. I wrote to them inquiring about a warranty but of course no response. I spent 200 dollars on these shoes and while that might be a lot for most it's a huge dent for others. Very upset and disappointed in their customers srv. While it was a comfortable shoe , the soles didn't last long. Its always nice to know billion dollar companies could care less as long as they make their money. Thanks.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointed – Poor Quality After Less Than 2 Months I bought these Merrell moab2 shoes on May 15th because I needed a reliable walking shoe. I’ve always trusted Merrell for quality, but this pair really let me down. After less than two months of normal use, both heels are already worn out badly (photos attached). The material used is clearly cheap and not durable at all. For the price I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship and longevity. These shoes are not up to the standard Merrell used to represent. I can’t recommend them and would suggest looking into other options if you're expecting quality and durability. Very disappointed.

Merrells customer service is none existent, there is NO WAY to contact them. I returned a pair of boots nearly a fortnight ago, have heard zero from them. I should have known a combination of Evri and Merrell was going to be appalling service!!!
