II bought shoes from Merrell for many years. My last purchase, which arrived today, was marked size six on the box, but the shoes were actually size 7. Merell doesn't send shoes in boxes outside of a shoe box. They say that returns are free, which is a lie. I had to pay $6.95 for a box. I had to pay for their mistake.I changed my return from exchange to a refund. I will never repurchase Merrell again. Customer service said they don't refund the charge for returns, I was told when I called.

I have a pair of Ladies Kahuna III walking sandals and the black trim at the back of the sandals has split on both side on both shoes. This is the second pair of this make and style I have had, the soles split on the first pair. I am looking to replace, but not with another pair of Merrills.

The glue on the sole disintegrated after just over 12 months of use, which is unacceptable given the price. This isn't some low end priced item!

I bought a pair of walking shoes from this company, but they never arrived despite a message saying they had been delivered in my (non existent) secure porch. I have emailed the company, but after 8 days, no response. They do have an online chat option, but it doesn’t work. So they have stolen £135.00 from me & I can do nothing about it.

i requested a return but it says doesnt recognise my returns number or order number and no reply from the email address after a week

Have not received my shoes after 5 weeks coming from China. Got tracking info and it said it was delivered to my town but no address. No help from customer service. Do not buy these shoes -- spread the word
