Like many other reviewers I LOVED my first pair of Merrell clogs, then bought another pair a couple years later & totally different shoe. SO disappointing that a respected shoe co. changes to cheap materials and none of the comfort/support of original designs. I'm frugal but would have gladly paid more for better materials.

Realized that I made a mistake when I placed an order for shoes. Called customer service and they tell me that I can not change my order and I have to wait for the boots to arrive and then return them. People are nice and the shoes are quality but if you can't cancel your order within 30 minutes of buying I will no longer support your product.

Disappointed. Comfortable and waterproof at the beginning. wet and falling apart after 6 months of heavy use.

I bought two pairs of shoes online on their website. The transaction went smoothly and my order was confirmed through an email. I waited for a few days, then tried to track it, just to see when it was coming in. The tracking did not work, I emailed them, and after another couple of days they replied that my order had been cancelled due to a problem with the billing address of the credit card. Had I not contacted them, nobody would have bothered to inform me that an accepted order with a confirmation # had been cancelled. Not very professional, made me miss the sale price.
