Be careful with bonuses
I’m leaving this review to share my experience so other players can decide for themselves. I deposited €50 and received a €50 no-wagering welcome bonus with a stated maximum withdrawal of 5× the deposit (€250). While the bonus was active, I played the slot Hit Coins 2 Hold and Spin, which was fully accessible and playable. Other games on the site are clearly blocked during bonuses with a “game deactivated while bonus is active” message, but this game was not blocked and showed no warning. I won and requested a withdrawal of €250 (the exact bonus limit). The casino then refused the withdrawal, cancelled the bonus and winnings, and refunded only my €50 deposit, stating that the game was considered a restricted “jackpot game”. The issue for me is that: The game was playable with the bonus active It is not explicitly listed in the restricted games list The bonus terms state that restricted games are automatically blocked The restriction was applied only after a withdrawal was requested I contacted support and asked for clarification and escalation, but after an initial reply, communication stopped. KYC had already been completed previously and I had withdrawn successfully before, so this experience was disappointing. I would advise other players to be very cautious when using bonuses here and not assume that a playable game will necessarily be accepted later.
