Outstanding customer service. I have rented from them for the past few years, and their team really goes the extra mile. Houses on the Oregon coast have maintenance issues from time to time, but Meredith has stepped up every time. From fixing a broken lock, to providing wifi passwords. They even dropped off a bottle of wine and some fun Meredith Lodging wine glasses. The houses are always very clean. That is something I truly value. And its the little touches, like the origami on the paper towels...it shows they care. I have tried other rental services and they do not compare. Book with Meredith if you want a truly relaxing, hassle free vacation. We all need that from time to time.

Ive stayed at meredith lodging properties 3 different times. In 2020 i had reservations to stay in april was cancelled BY meredith lodging because of covid. Rescheduled for September again canceled by them because of fires. Called back on jan. 21st 2021 for same week as first reservation, just a year later. Was told it was going to cost me addition $1000.00. When they had canceled on me they stated i could rebook for future stay at no additional cost. Now that im trying to rebook they are trying to up the cost. Im even trying to rebook same month and same days of week. I would understand if it was more night or different day but its not. I think this is extremely dishonest and crooked. UPDATE shortly after this post i received a phone call from a young lady named Holly, she was very personal and remembered our conversation from 4 or 5 months ago. She addressed my concerns and was very helpful and kind. Needless to say, she honored what i was told in the beginning. She rebooked my vacation, in same property at no additional cost. We spent a week at "beautiful day" in Lincoln City Oregon. What a great place to take the family for vacation, what an amazing home. Sitting on the large deck watching the surf, sipping a hot cup of coffee in the morning was probably my favorite part, ok maybe it was sitting in the hot pool gazing at the stars in the night sky listening to the surf. An awesome location, literally steps from the front door to beach walks, sandcastle building or looking for beach treasures. We did have a last minute request to make an extension to our stay, and Theresa did all she could to accommodate our request, which we really appreciated. Everyone at Meredith Lodging was great to work with, and we felt they really wanted to make our stay perfect. Thank you Theresa...and the rest of Meredith Lodging staff for the exceptional customer care.

Traveled for business. So much better renting a home than a room! Adorable home, spotless and comfy with stunning ocean views. All for about the same price as a hotel. Will book all my business and leisure trips with Meredith Lodging from now on!

Experience with Meredith Lodging It sadness me to see such a quality company receiving negative reviews for all they are doing to help their guest during these hard times. I have stayed with Meredith Lodging 3 times over this past year and each experience has been great. I had a spring break reservation for this upcoming weekend and Meredith Lodging offered me a full credit for a future stay. We have now moved our stay to June and are looking forward to some family time then. Best of Meredith Lodging and again, thank you.

We have stayed with Meredith Lodging many times over the last several years. Each time we look forward to our next vacation with them! We have stayed in vacation homes on the Oregon Coast and in Bend and all of them have been outstanding! The customer service we’ve had over the years is definitely something that brings us back, working with us on finding the perfect home and location with the amenities that we’ve requested, allowing us to focus on having fun with our family and friends. In each home we’ve felt very comfortable with the amazing cleanliness of the homes. Our daughter has grown up staying with Meredith Lodging , from crawling all over the floors to running circles around them now. This company has made a huge impact on our lives as we use them to make the memories of our vacations. We wanted to come on here and leave a little review about our experience with you. But most of all, we wanted to say how thankful we are for having Meredith Lodging in our community! The love and support of all the local businesses and many family’s that YOU support is incredible!! I have stayed with Meredith Lodging multiple times over the last 8 year and have always had a great experience. The staff is friendly and responsive, and the homes are always very clean. We have an upcoming reservation and due to COVID-19 called Meredith Lodging to see if we could move the stay. I am so grateful to report that Meredith Lodging provided me with a future stay credit valued at the full amount of my reservation. I know they are a local business and appreciate them working with me through these challenging times. We are excited to be back again soon!
