Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I lost my card, requested a new one, got the new card and tried to activate it and was reported as fraud because I changed addresses. I’ve been waiting for 2 months to resolve this issue. Been constantly given the run around by fraudulent department. If you have another credit card offer; take it! These people are rude, don’t care about customers and unprofessional! I will take my business elsewhere once balance is paid! I wish I could give them a 0.

Easy payment
Easy payment. No additional charges. I have so many problems with other companies when I try to pay by phone. Yours was a simply wonderful process.

DO NOT RECOMMEND
I booked a trip to ElDorado on bookonline.com in March for the Hot August Nights. I paid an additional fee for a REFUND PROTECTION in case plans did not work out as intended. Unfortunately we ran into a hardship. I had to cancel the reservation. I called El Dorado & they said they have nothing to do with a third party reservation website. When I call bookonline.com I get nothing but AI operators. After explaining the situation on 3 different occasions to a mercury card rep & provided proof of THE FEE I WAS CHARGED FOR A CANCELLATION REIMBURSEMENT (on my Mercury Card Statement bill- My claim got denied... twice. I do not recommend a company you willingly pay & invest in that will not fight for its customer. I have other Credit Cards, similar situations & I never had this trouble- ESPECAILLY- when providing proof in black & white. Mercury only wants your money. They do not care for no consumer. I recommend Capitol One! Get your moneys worth.
