I thought when I accepted the card on…
I thought when I accepted the card on the website it was no annual fee..I don't thiI m gonna use the card.Im gonna use my American Express act.Thank you, Melissa Gough

Mercury Card issuing bank
I have a long credit history with Mercury CC. The bank closed my acct with no communication because I chose not to use the credit line enough for them. Had they notified me it would close due to inactivity I would have used the card. My other cards notify me of this so I don't lose the credit. They also charged me an annual fee and didn't send a statement then refunded the amount before they closed it. I asked if the fee is considered activity. He said no so had I paid the 50 fee they would have closed it anyways and kept my 50? He didn't have an answer for that. His answer for many questions were "probably". He could t even actually answer a question. I won't be reapplying here with this issuing bank.

It has been a good card to have. The only downside is the interest rate.

I have for a many years and have not… given a great review. Made a couple with not so much of good.
I have for a many years and have not any cards are this. When I got this and the last a few days I have used the card. Makes me it is the best one ever.

I have a charge of $60 for something I…
I have a charge of $60 for something I didn't buy, and you don't have any number to call you and make claims, the procedure for claims apparently takes a long time and honestly I want to cancel the card but I don't see an option to do it either
