Very shady company, Mercury will hold your payment without crediting to your balance, even 10days past the statement closing date, not applying to your balance or available. allowing a floating balance in their favor month after month year after year adding up to huge amounts of money in their favor. these are the most shady practices in the industry. its in their agreement but hidden in the very small print. just be safe out there people.

Online setup is confusing and cumbersome. When I tried to log in didn't recognize my email address.

Every time I turn around, you have put another hold on my card. I don't understand it. One moment I can use it the next place I go it won't go through. I spent a half hour on the phone today taking a hold off my card and being guaranteed I won't have any more problems. I told them I'm traveling and where I'm at and I'm using the card while I travel. Tonight I go to pay at a restaurant and the card won't go through, again. I'm sick of this! It's embarrassing! Get your act together!
