Mercury Auto Transport | Car Shipping ExpertsReviews of mercuryautotransport.com

This was the first time I've ever used a car transport service. I needed to transport my Lexus from California to Georgia. I chose Mercury because I appreciated their transparency regarding how the car transport industry works, they didn't engage in a bait and switch with a lowball offer like many other brokers do, they had consistently very high ratings across several review websites such as Trustpilot, Better Business Bureau, and Yelp, and they did not engage in any hard sell pressure tactics but rather demonstrated a high level of professionalism. My point man, Kristopher Wolf, kept me updated and informed throughout the entire process. My car arrived safely in the same condition that I dropped it off. The whole process went smoothly without any problems. I recommend Mercury without any reservation or hesitation, and if I need to transport my car again in the future, they will be the first and likely only broker I would call.

Working with Kent Raprager was an excellent experience from start to finish. His response time was consistently prompt whenever I had questions, and the entire process was seamless. Pick-up and delivery were both handled efficiently, with clear and timely communication throughout. Kent made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy and professional. Highly recommend his service.

I have now used Mercury Auto for 3 separate car shipments and each one has been stress free, hassle free, and almost too easy. I highly recommend David Hilty as he is such a joy to work with. Any future car shipments will happily be booked with him!

After receiving several quotes to transport a 2024 Acura MDX we purchased from a dealer in Texas to our home in West Virginia. I contacted Mercury Auto Transport. Their rates were very reasonable and the their 9K Google review speak for themselves. Most of the other carriers that contacted me with lower rates had horrible reviews. Opting for Mercury was a great choice. Right from the get-go, communication was great. Joe Kelly, Senior Transport Specialist (954) 998-0746 set up a phone call on a Saturday morning, let me know what to expect and how things would proceed. Joe kept me in the loop daily while connecting with a carrier. The process wrapped up just as Joe had laid out without any "surprises". There were no "hidden fees" or last minute increases. Our car was delivered in a very timely manner to the drop off point near our home. I'm not sure if I'll ever need their services again, but if I am ever having a car shipped in the future, the only call I'll make is to Mercury Auto Transport. They have certainly earned their stars with me!

Wanted to thank Logan for his expertise in assisting me with a move from Los Angeles to Chicago. At my first call, late in the afternoon, he went beyond my expectations and found a great company, Ship A Car, to pick up my car within 2 hours and get the show on the road! That's service! Car arrived safe and sound! Thanks again

I had a fantastic experience with Mercury Auto Transport! From the very beginning, their team was professional, responsive, and transparent about the entire process. They took the time to explain each step, provided a fair quote, and matched me with a reliable carrier quickly. What stood out most was the consistent communication—I always knew where my vehicle was and when to expect it. My car arrived on time and in excellent condition, exactly as promised. The driver was courteous and careful, which gave me extra peace of mind. Overall, Mercury Auto Transport made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and worry-free. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a trustworthy and dependable auto transport service!
